A small company wanting to do some good with mushrooms, we grow on waste straw, low grade grain unsuitable for baking and waste coffee grind, after the grow we are left with high quality organic compost.
We encourage others to have a go at growing your own, you will quickly realize you can quite easily grow enough mushrooms for the whole family!
We are also very interested in mycoremediation, the process of using mushrooms roots (mycelium) to decontaminate areas of land or as a living filtration membrane in waterways.
