We are proudly locally owned and are located at 101 Williams Street, Kaiapoi (right by the Williams / Hilton Sreets roundabout) with parking available at the back of the building.
We are open for members 24/7 365 days a year, we provide month to month memberships and our equipment is state-of-the-art.
Our Personal Trainers Brad, Zach and Chris are here to help you work successfully towards achieving your fitness or wellbeing goals, whether you are a gym novice or an expeienced gym member. Our team at the font desk (Sylvia, Maxine, Jo and Aaron) want to make you feel welcome and assist you however we can.
We offer a friendly environment and love the diverse range of members (age,size, gym experience, fitness levels) we have with their wide range of wellness targets including strength, toning, weight loss, fitness, flexibility, general health and so on.

WHAT WE DO
The Cave is a Functional Movement Facility. We don’t use machines as its our belief that the human body is the best machine there is! It’s our job to get our clients ‘machines’ functioning at their very best, through every day movements, full body fitness and a variety of strength, cardio and plyometrics. We are all about Whanau and our community; children (with a parent) are welcome to come a to all of our classes (apart from After Dark) and are also able to come along to their parents personal training sessions. We believe it’s inspiring for your little ones to see you train and we provide a Kids Zone where they can join in.

We are a husband and wife team of owner/operator/trainer/motivators. We have 3 amazing children; Marli, Rico and Maya that inspire us to be the best people that we can be.

Mitre10 Mega Kaiapoi Fitness Centre is located behind the Kaiapoi Working Men’s club and features a 180m2 gym with over 15 cardio machines and 20 weight trainers. The fitness centre can offer physiotherapy consultation on site and is working to expand its health and well-being services further.
