Hospital standards are the highest level of Best Practice accreditation available in New Zealand and clients are assured of a high standard of service and professionalism. The accreditation is more demanding and represents an advanced level of veterinary treatment and care.
Kaiapoi Vet Centre is the fourth veterinary clinic to achieve this accreditation from the 500 clinics throughout New Zealand.

It involves rigorous auditing by an independent expert, but it is a standard the team wanted to achieve to ensure pets receive the best care possible at RVC,” says Director and veterinarian, Ben Davidson.

The Kaiapoi Medical Centre was built in 1994 as a three doctor practice. Due to the expanding community needs of Kaiapoi, the building was extended in 2006 to its current size and now accommodates five doctors.
