| J.E. Dean Ltd is a small company which prides itself on quality workmanship and good working relationships with clients, architects, and sub-trades. We have a vast range of experience going back some 25 years; this includes office/restaurant fitouts, light commercial, tilt panel work and alterations; however high spec architectural housing is the focus of our business. We have had considerable success in this market, and offer a reliable group of sub-contractors, who meet our high expectations and those of our clients and architects. We project manage our own jobs throughout the contract, and hold a 'site 2 class licence' under the government's Licenced Building Practioner scheme. As director, Jonathan is fully qualified, serving a full apprenticeship with one of Christchurch’s leading builders of the time, he holds a N.Z. trades certificate in building, he is 'hands on' and committed to absolute quality and sustainable building methods.
