Our Team
On Grade’s team of 11 is led by owner operators Beau Broadhurst and Kent Blackler, whose skills cover all aspects of residential and civil drainage and excavation. We have a ten strong team of qualified and experienced drainlayers, excavator operators, drivers and labourers. We have a great company culture and value our employees, which is reciprocated in loyalty and hard work from our guys.
Experience
Heading the residential and commercial drainage and excavation team, Beau’s ten plus years working in both New Zealand and Australian industries has seen him develop an eye for quality control, ensuring a consistently high standard of work. Clients often comment on On Grades ability to deliver highly accurate work in such a time efficient manor.
Kent Blackler leads the civil operations of the business and offers an extensive background in all areas of civil drainage and excavation. Whether it’s subdivisions, road drainage or bulk earthworks, Kent has the skills and experience to offer the right solution for any situation.
With a decade experience in drains, Menzo is the Drain Guru. He's personally worked on over 1000 homes in Canterbury, and has CCTV surveyed more than 60KM of residential piping. Menzo has pride in seeing your job through, and getting the best possible result for you. He's got a background in plumbing and drainlaying, so understands what happens both above, and below ground.
The admin work is covered by Menzo's wife Sonia, who's a statistician by day.
Spare time is filled in with hiking together, and for Menzo a bit of photography also.
