Fitzpatrick’s 17 year old single malt whisky has been distilled in our century old traditional hand beaten copper pot still from the finest malted barley at the Kaiapoi Distillery, Canterbury, New Zealand.
Laid down in specially prepared seasoned oak casks in 1996 quietly maturing for 17 years, this rich, warm, deep, single malt has a balanced oak flavour with a smooth, silky finish like no other.
