Alexandra Foerstmann trained with the CCC in April 2009 to become a Pilates Instructor.
Studied at NZIHF and qualified as a Personal Trainer in May 2009.
Became a registered ISBT- Bowen Therapist in March 2013.
She has been running classes for almost 6 years from Woodend. With Alex you get a dedicated, focused lesson that will leave your body feeling energized,strong and relaxed. Beginner/Intermediate/Advances Pilates and Yoga based Stretch classes are run from the Methodist Church Hall in Woodend on the following days:

Price: $13 pay as you go or $100 for a term of 10 lessons ($10 per class).
Private one on one lessons can be booked, price on inquiry.
